Ok, I think five bikes moves you out of 'enthusiast' range and firmly into the 'collector' category. Maybe 'lunatic' or 'obsessed' are better descriptions. There is no way a car will fit in the garage anymore.

This is the latest project, a 1962 T120. This one is also a Bonneville, but somewhere along the line had a single carb head installed. Should make it easier to tune, but I guess we will lose a little on the top end. This one came to us in a more finished condition, having stock front end, and stock tank with parcel holder and badges. Missing only a seat, side cover, and oil bag, this bike arrived stock and fairly complete.

One thing this bike needs is to have the front brake alloy backing plate fixed. The cast boss that holds the end of the brake cable is broken off, and we will probably have it machined to accept a threaded one similar to the later drum brakes. We have found brakes to be a useful thing.

It's being held up in two pictures on the chain hoist, while it undergoes rear hub surgery. Underneath the engine is the standard 'British Bike Diaper' to catch overflow from the automatic anti-rust system. The other pictures are just after we got it and gave it a quick bath to see what we were up against. Once the back wheel is together, we'll see if we can get it running again. It has good compression, and the magneto makes spark, so hopefully not too much work will be needed. We're already looking for the best place to mount the Mity Max.
